Cancellation Policy
Khumbu Digitals Booking Policy At Khumbu Digitals, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review our booking policy below before confirming your session or service. 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions (LinkedIn Optimization, CV Writing, Consultations, or Digital Services) must be booked through our official booking link or website form. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you receive an official confirmation email from Khumbu Digitals. Bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payments Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made securely via our approved methods (Yoco, PayPal, or EFT). Invoices are automatically generated upon successful booking. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your original appointment time at no additional cost. To reschedule, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or contact our support team directly. Sessions rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 25% rescheduling fee. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 70% refund (to cover administrative and scheduling costs). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a session, your time will be reduced accordingly to avoid delays for the next client. Sessions delayed by more than 15 minutes without prior notice will be considered a no-show. 6. Deliverables & Turnaround Time For profile optimization, CV design, or branding services, turnaround time begins only after all required materials (CV, profile screenshots, etc.) have been received. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in your service package. 7. Communication All official communication should be done through Khumbu Digitals’ email, website chat, or WhatsApp business line. We do not process or confirm bookings through personal social media DMs. 8. Policy Updates Khumbu Digitals reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
